HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
We use Priority Shipping and your package should arrive within 1 to 5 business days and for some products are 2-7 business days. There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. Please bear in mind that our products are incredibly popular and delivery can take a little longer than usual.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you've ordered multiple items, each one may come to you from a different overseas warehouse, depending on which one can get them to you quickest. Alternatively, if one of your items is in high demand and temporarily out of stock, we'll send them out at different times, in separate packages, to speed up the delivery process and get your order to you as soon as possible

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us via message on eBay or email us on eBay. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 1 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is send us message on eBay or email us on eBay.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
If this happens to you, please contact us with: - Your order number. - A picture of the damaged product. Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
We display prices on our site minus taxes in GBP. However, you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. These taxes, duties and related customs fees are charged by your local customs office and are entirely your responsibility, not ours. We apologize for any delays caused by your local customs department. If you have any questions regarding the charges and taxes, please contact your customs office
